Research and Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

Candidate will work directly with the leadership team, play an assistive role in key projects, and also include:

  • Assisting the leadership team as needed on specific projects;
  • Searching and compiling data;
  • Assisting in the management and updating of the main website;
  • Scheduling and organizing group meetings;
  • Analyzing data and providing new insights
  • Assisting in the writing of reports and grant proposals 

What we are looking for

  • Strong writing and communication skills (a test will be given);
  • Bachelors or Masters Degrees in the Sciences
  • Keen eye for details;
  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills;
  • Experience building and managing Excel databases;
  • Experience with MatLab is useful but not required
  • Have strong networks and experience on LinkedIn/Twitter
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Demonstrate knowledge of WordPress
  • Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
  • Positive and professional, “can do” attitude.
  • You must live in the Boston area
